Fanatics Inc., a closely held Jacksonville, Fla., sports apparel online retailer, plans to name Lauren Cooks Levitan its next chief financial officer, according to a news release provided to CFO Journal. Her appointment is effective Monday, a spokesman for the company said. She will succeed Thomas Baumlin, who will advise the company, the spokesman said.
