As Chief People Officer for Fanatics Commerce, Valerie oversees all strategic human resource initiatives for the business, including organizational planning and design, culture, talent acquisition and retention, employee development, and more. With more than 30 years of experience, Valerie joined Fanatics from The Coca Cola Company, where she served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources for close to four years. Prior to this, Valerie spent more than six years at Johnson & Johnson where she oversaw global human resources for the company's supply chain enterprise functions and before that, vision care.  She spent almost the first 20 years of her career leading human resource initiatives for General Motors Corporation. Valerie holds an MBA from Belmont University and received her bachelor's degree from Tennessee State University. She is based in Jacksonville, FL.
