Raphaela Dohm currently serves as Chief Financial Officer for Fanatics Commerce. Prior to joining Fanatics, Raphaela served as CFO for adidas North America, where she led both the finance function, including demand planning and key operational initiatives. Prior to that, Raphaela spent 20 years at consumer goods multinational Henkel, where she held multiple finance leadership roles, both in the U.S. and Germany. Raphaela received her master’s degree from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and her bachelor’s degree from Gustavus Adolphus College and is a CFA charterholder. She is based in Portland, Oregon.
