As Chief Strategic Retail Officer of Fanatics Commerce, Molly oversees all merchandising, inventory management and field operations for Fanatics’ in-venue and special event retail division, which includes a team of more than one thousand employees that manage nearly 200 flagship and in-venue locations across professional and college sports, as well as special events such as the Kentucky Derby, NHL’s Winter Classic, All-Star Games, and many more.
A retail industry veteran, Molly joined Fanatics in 2020 as Chief Merchandising Officer for Fanatics Brands, the company’s in-house apparel division, where she transformed merchandising into a league-led, consumer-focused product strategy that has maximized speed and efficiency for partners and fans alike.
Prior to joining Fanatics, Molly spent over two decades building global consumer brands and extensive expertise leading omni-channel product, merchandising, and innovative store experiences. Previously, she led stores, product development, and merchandising for Disney Stores, served as President of Famous Footwear, and Senior Vice President of Anchor Blue Retail Group.
