As Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Fanatics, Justin oversees the company’s treasury function, including banking relations, risk monitoring, and all cash flow management. He will create the appropriate capital structure at each vertical to ensure the company has the flexibility needed to harness growth opportunities across the sports ecosystem.

Prior to Fanatics, Justin served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Treasurer at Penn National Gaming (NASDAQ: PENN), a regional casino operator and online gaming and sports betting company. During his time at Penn, he helped build over $11 billion in shareholder value. Previously, Justin spent 15 years as a sellside equity research analyst with organizations including Brean Capital, Morgan Joseph, and Wells Fargo Securities.
