As President of Business Affairs for Fanatics Commerce, Gary plays a significant role in many facets of the company. He heads global business development and affairs as well as legal and government affairs where he is responsible for structuring and negotiating strategic transactions and partnerships while understanding current and future trends within the industry.
Prior to joining Fanatics, Gary spent nearly two decades at the NFL where he held various roles and ascended to the organization’s SVP of Business Affairs and General Counsel. Throughout his time with the NFL, he oversaw all business and legal affairs for its commercial operations which included media, consumer products, sponsorships, events and intellectual property. Additionally, Gary served as the senior executive liaison to the NFL Business Ventures Committee, Pro Football Hall of Fame and Players, Inc., the business entity of the NFLPA. Prior to his time at the NFL, Gary was a partner at a New York City law firm.
