As President of Gaming, Conor is responsible for the growth and development of the gaming business at Fanatics Betting and Gaming.

With a career spanning decades in betting and gaming, Conor has held senior leadership roles across Flutter, Sky Betting and Gaming and Rank, driving growth, innovation, and regulatory engagement. 

Previously, Conor was CEO of Flutter UK & Ireland, where he played a pivotal role in integrating brands like Paddy Power, Betfair, Sky Betting & Gaming and Tombola which they acquired in 2021. At Flutter he was instrumental in transforming the business and advocating for responsible gambling.

Beyond corporate leadership, Conor is also the Chairman of Racing Media Group (RMG), where he is working to modernize fan engagement in British horse racing. He actively contributes to industry discussions on gambling legislation, customer protection, and the evolving digital landscape.
