As Chief People Officer for Fanatics Collectibles, Alexis manages strategic Human Resources for the business, including driving business growth and creating a culture of high performance and engagement. Prior to joining Fanatics, Alexis led the International Human Resources initiatives at Audible, where she was responsible for overseeing the HR strategies in more than 10 countries around the world. Alexis also served as the Senior Vice President, Head of HR, at MRC, where she led the HR functions for companies including, MRC TV & Film Studios, The Hollywood reporter, Billboard, and Dick Clark Productions. Alexis received her degree from Rutgers University and is based in our New York office.
