As Chief People Officer for Fanatics, Toretha oversees talent development, total rewards, HR infrastructure, culture and organizational development, and philanthropy. She joined Fanatics in early 2023 as SVP, Talent Management and Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion, where she played an instrumental role in the development of our professional athlete development program and has helped operationalize, upskill, and standardize Fanatics’ core HR approach.  

Prior to Fanatics, Toretha served as the Global Head of Diversity, Inclusion, Equity, and Belonging for PayPal. Before this, she spent close to 17 years at BlackRock where she oversaw all aspects of the talent acquisition function as Managing Director, Global Head of Talent Acquisition. She began her career at SSR Realty Advisors as an HR Analyst and is based in New York.
