As SVP, Talent Management and Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion, for Fanatics, Toretha leads global talent management across the Fanatics enterprise, including our professional athlete development program. To help ensure that our employee population reflects the diverse communities we serve and that we are providing an inclusive environment where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued, Toretha also leads Fanatics’ Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion efforts.  

Prior to Fanatics, Toretha served as the Global Head of Diversity, Inclusion, Equity, and Belonging for PayPal. Before this, she spent close to 17 years at BlackRock where she oversaw all aspects of the talent acquisition function as Managing Director, Global Head of Talent Acquisition. She began her career at SSR Realty Advisors as an HR Analyst and is based in New York.
