As Vice President of Global Real Estate, Michael oversees real estate, facility management, and physical security across Fanatics’ 70-plus offices, warehouses, manufacturing centers, and additional locations worldwide. In his current role, Michael helps guide the company’s global location strategy, creating dynamic workplaces to attract and retain top talent, while supporting the corporate services functions to enable continued growth and success.

Prior to joining Fanatics, Michael was Director, Transactions & Real Estate Development at Verizon where he led the real estate joint ventures, transactions, and development business while managing over  2,000 deals worth in excess of $5B. Over nine years there, Michael also held various senior leadership roles based in New York City, Argentina, and the UK. Early on, he worked at both global commercial real estate services company JLL and leading insurance company MetLife.
