As Chief Operations Officer, Jennifer manages Global Direct to Consumer Operations for Fanatics Commerce, including fulfillment, manufacturing, transportation, and customer service. Prior to joining Fanatics, Jennifer served as Senior Vice President of End-to-End Delivery for Walmart, where she oversaw first, middle, and last-mile fulfillment. Before joining Walmart, Jennifer held similar positions as Senior Vice President and Global Head of Supply Chain at Peloton Interactive and prior to that, Vice President, Supply Chain for The Home Depot. She received her degree from Georgia Tech and is based in Atlanta, GA.
