As Chief Operating Officer at Fanatics Betting & Gaming, Hank plays an integral role in developing strategies across operations as the Fanatics Sportsbook is poised to launch nationwide in mid-2023. 

Prior to joining Fanatics, Hank served as Vice President at DoorDash, serving on their executive management team & overseeing their US Marketplace.  Hank joined DoorDash in 2016 and helped grow the e-commerce marketplace into an industry leader. During his seven years at DoorDash, Hank helped the company grow from 60 employees to over 10,000.  As an early employee, Hank oversaw DoorDash’s Chicago operations.  He then led the company's expansion across the Midwest that helped define the company's suburban growth strategy. While leading the US Marketplace, Hank oversaw the $50 billion marketplace P&L and many critical business lines, such as DoorDash’s subscription program, DashPass, & the Caviar marketplace.

Prior to DoorDash, Hank worked on the equity trading floor at Goldman Sachs.
