As the Executive Director for the Fanatics Foundation, Grace oversees all of Fanatics’ global philanthropic efforts, advancing causes that align with Fanatics’ brand and fall within our strategic giving pillars – Community, Social Justice, Relief & Aid, and Sustainability. This includes supporting public charities that promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and social justice, improve or develop skills and capabilities within underserved communities, promote wellness and enhance culture, and promote environmental sustainability. As part of this, Grace leads Fanatics’ annual Global Volunteer Day and the company’s relationship with Make-A-Wish to grant sports-related wishes.
Prior to joining Fanatics, Grace was Chief Operations Officer for the National Women’s History Museum, where she oversaw all operational and administrative functions for the nonprofit. Before this, she held development and communications leadership positions at Nielsen, Booz Allen Hamilton, and AOL. Grace received her BS in Communications from the University of Maryland, and is based in the Washington, DC area.
