As SVP and GM for Fanatics Enterprise Loyalty, Alex led the creation of and currently oversees the development of Fanatics’ enterprise-wide loyalty programs, aimed at creating a seamless rewards experience for our fans when they make purchases, collect, or place bets with Fanatics. Before joining Fanatics, Alex served as CEO of Resy and VP & GM, American Express Dining. Prior to this, he spent more than six years at American Express where he held numerous leadership roles focused on the membership and reward experience. Alex got his start as a consultant at Capgemini before serving as a management consultant for Oliver Wyman. He received his M.S. from Duke University and his B.S. from Cornell University and is based in NYC.
