Fanatics’ greatest resource is its people. As its name implies, our department’s central duty is to take care of that resource—to cultivate, protect, and nourish it. Since Fanatics operates in several states and multiple nations, one of our jobs is to certify total compliance with the respective labor codes at every location.

However, we aim above and beyond mere compliance. We work to ensure that every person is treated with respect and consideration, and seek to foster an encouraging team spirit that rallies everyone towards a common goal. To that end, we play several different roles—we are sometimes cheerleaders sometimes coaches, or, when necessary, we can be referees.

We also take on a key responsibility as team talent scouts. We pride ourselves on finding the best team players to help maintain the healthy and productive growth of the Fanatics organization. Fanatics Brands is where art meets science. Our creative design and world-class speed service the increasingly real-time expectations of sports fans around the globe. We are a passionate group of product developers, designers, artists, merchants and planners who work hand-in-hand to dream up and produce an unparalleled selection of officially licensed fan gear across all leagues and teams, providing the widest assortment of fan gear for men, women and kids across all sizes and categories.

We’ve developed a vertical model that possesses the agility to instantly react to today’s on-demand world with premium, timely merchandise. Whether it’s one of many heralded Championship moments, rising athlete stars, or exciting plays and milestones we call “micro-moments,” we can quickly service the insatiable, real-time appetites of fans with more options across retail channels. The Fanatics Brands line also extends outside of the sports world, forging alliances with companies like Disney, Marvel, Lucasfilm, and Pixar to blend sports, pop-culture and entertainment across a wide assortment of fan merchandise.

TECHNOLOGY

Fanatics is a technology company at its core. Everything we do is powered by innovation and tech from our new fully responsive, NodeJS cloud commerce platform to our Elasticsearch search engine and our deep data science capabilities.

We work in small, agile teams and use the latest tools and technologies to solve exciting problems. As Fanatics grows, we are taking on new challenges like building systems for our manufacturing team and lighting up new in-stadium experiences. Our motto is #GSD (“get stuff done”) and our team is looking for the best and brightest minds who want to work at the nexus of sports, commerce and technology.

MARKETING

Fanatics’ marketing division supports the business and strategy across all Fanatics platforms to build the ultimate fan experience. By joining this team, you’ll have the chance to promote some of Fanatics’ top company initiatives and work with best-in-class leagues, retailers and brands to bring innovative concepts to life.

In addition to comprehensive plans around in-store, online and mobile creative, we’ve also teamed up with category leaders including Uber, American Express, Ticketmaster and others to produce innovative partnerships and exclusive marketing campaigns that continue to expand on Fanatics’ visiblity as the worldwide leader in licensed sports merchandise.

MERCHANDISING

Merchandise is a key component to the Fanatics engine. The merchant team at Fanatics is responsible for selecting the merchandise we sell across the entire platform for the hundreds of sites we operate.

We keep our finger on the real-time pulse of the sports world and work with world-class vendors – such as Nike, Adidas, Under Armour and our own in-house Fanatics Brands division – to drive overall top and bottom line results. Teamwork is what we rely on and working collaboratively across the entire Fanatics organization is an essential aspect to everything we do.

FANATICS AUTHENTIC

The Fanatics Authentic team is driven by helping our fans create deeper connections to the athletes, games and events which shape their passion for sports. We are the largest manufacturer and retailer of licensed sports collectibles in the world and the only memorabilia company that holds licenses from all major sports leagues and players associations.

We pride ourselves on creating the most innovative and complete autographed, game-used and collectible product offerings available so that fans can look back and remember their cherished sports moments and heroes. Through our relationships with some of the biggest current names and legends in sports, we strive to bring fans closer to the athletes they love.

ACCOUNTING & FINANCE

Given Fanatics’ rapid, multi-channel, and increasingly global growth, the accounting and finance teams are comprised of key positions which combine a fast-paced environment with incredibly innovative, adaptable and strategic talent.

FANATICS RETAIL

Being a member of our Fanatics’ retail team means you’re a crucial part of our commitment to serving sports fans everywhere. This hard-working group ensures a fully seamless shopping experience at bricks-and-mortar locations for 50 of the most well-recognized professional and collegiate programs, official flagship stores for some of the world’s biggest leagues and several of the most fan-crazed events and attractions around the globe.

These locations are designed with a tech-infused retail approach that allows us to react in near real-time to capture all of the great moments in sports to ensure that product is available to fans in the heat of the moment. We bring all of these enhanced capabilities to life at our flagship NBA and NHL stores on Fifth Avenue in New York City.

FANATICS INTERNATIONAL

Fanatics International is responsible for rolling out the company’s full set of omnichannel retail capabilities to the world’s biggest global brands, governing bodies and organizations. This rapidly expanding division features offices and fulfillment / manufacturing centers in several of the biggest sports-crazed markets, including new locations in Japan, Germany, Hong Kong, India and Spain.

Our football partners include Manchester United, Real Madrid and a fully vertical partnership with Aston Villa, which positions Fanatics as the exclusive designer and manufacturer of fan gear and co-collaborator of on-pitch kits. Fanatics International’s other sporting relationships span online, physical retail, and events across motorsports, rugby, tennis, and golf with leading partners that include Formula One, McLaren F1, the Wimbledon Tennis Championship, and the Ryder Cup. The division also operates the e-commerce business for the NFL, NBA and NHL in Europe.
