When Fanatics was established in 2011, the company was singularly focused on one core business – Fanatics Commerce, our leading designing and manufacturing business. Over the past several years, as we work toward achieving our mission of becoming the leading global digital sports platform and deliver increased value to our fans and partners, we have continued to expand our offerings. In 2021, we established Fanatics Collectibles and Fanatics Betting and Gaming, and in 2023, we stood up Fanatics Live and Fanatics Events (coming in 2024). See below for more information on each.
