Raphael is responsible for all aspects of product creation, including the customization of apparel and jerseys, providing fans apparel choices not currently available in the market, and expanding the broadest assortment in the industry. Prior to coming to Fanatics, Raphael had global responsibility for Oakley’s Apparel, Footwear and Accessory business. Under his leadership Oakley developed their performance business, gained access to sporting goods and doubled their revenues. He oversaw planning, merchandising, design and supply chain in this capacity. Prior to joining Oakley, Raphael spent over seven years with Under Armour where he held various positions, culminating as Senior Vice President, Footwear & Licensing. Raphael obtained a B.A. in International Affairs from Lewis and Clark College.
